About Us
Established in 2008 by Kathy and Jim Yonge, The Willows Bed & Breakfast has quickly become one of Keuka Lake's premier B&B locations.
Five years ago, Kathy Yonge, head chef and Willows proprietor, had a vision to turn her beautiful three-story, lakefront home into a Bed & Breakfast. She has succeeded in procuring business from guests as far as Vancouver and Belgium.
"I love to cook, accomodate, and create a relaxing atmosphere. That's my recipe. It's really that simple, Plus, Keuka Lake is such a beautiful place. That's the first thing guests mention when they arrive at the Willows B&B. As for me, I am truly blessed to have lived and raised my family here." --Kathy Yonge.

The Region
The Finger Lakes region has recently been the center of attention as one of the best destinations to visit in the United States.
What makes the Finger Lakes such an attraction for thousands of visitors from all over the globe every year?
We've taken the liberty of listing just a few reasons: 1,063 waterfalls, more than 100 wineries, 650 miles of shoreline, 100+ restaurants with waterside views, 50 farmers markets, 100 U-pick locations, weekly fairs & festivals, 26 state parks, a 16,036-acre national forest, 2,000+ miles of hiking/biking trails, and 160 golf courses.

2012 Rates
(two night Stay minimum, unless otherwise noted: thursday thru Sunday)
(Holiday weekends have three night Stay minimum: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day)
February 9 – February 28
Everyday, All Rooms, No Minimun Night Stay: $125.00
May 24 – October 25
Thursday thru Sunday: $210.00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $185.00
April 1 - May 23
Everyday, All rooms: $159. 00
October 26 – November 20
Everyday, All Rooms: $185.00

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. (Visa, MC, Discover)
All reservations are taken with a credit card or check.
We ask for a two week cancellation notice.
If the cancellation is made two or more weeks in advance, a full refund will be issued.
If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks of your reservation date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.oo service fee if we rebook.
If we do not rebook, a refund will not be issued - but we will credit you 60% to be used within 6 months (This does not include months closed).

Your house is what all B&B's aspire to be: peaceful, warm, restful, friendly, open, inviting and fun. We have never spent so much time actually staying in a B&B before; we found ourselves rushing out of the hot (97 degree) sun to get "back home" to relax on the deck and jump in the water,--or just sit and read for hours. We loved the wonderful conversations with you; you all have such an amazing ability to build a rapport with anyone.
OH!!....and the FOOD! You are a superb cook Kathy. Your breakfasts were creative, delicious and huge.

"Staci and I want to thank you and Kathy for your wonderful hospitality. Staci noted that many B&Bs have nice facilities (as does the Willows) and some have a great location as you do; BUT, you and Kathy truly make the Willows our "special place."
Kathy's breakfasts (blueberry pancakes, French toast, Eggs benedict) and her cookies are some of the best I've EVER had!!! And, as you might guess, I've had many great meals/treats over the years. Lastly, the boat ride from dinner was an incredible way for Staci and I to spend our (1 week) anniversary...
